Home Mountain has long been known as a two-color printer in Valparaiso. Their challenge was to get their current audience to view them differently, as a full-service printer and fulfillment house.
Rather than showcasing photos of the print shop or listing the capabilities of their presses, we took a different approach and selected three key words which represented the new Home Mountain: climb, accelerate and expand. This focus allowed us to write a story about the operational and staffing improvements from the point of view of the customer—often talked about but rarely put into action! |
