Advertising was crucial for the magazine’s success. Without prior issues to show as examples, a strong sales piece was highly important for the sales team to use in their meetings with local businesses.
Spark’s design used stock photography and an elegant, spirited layout to include several key pieces of information: markets reached by Toast (including a map), types of events featured, levels of sponsorship, and a letter from the publisher.
